CEMENT 42.5 AS PER CERTIFICATES OF INSPECTION BY AN APPROPRIATE ORGANISATION. AT THE PORT OF LOADING REPRESENTATIVES OFSGS, LLOYDS OF LONDON OR ANY OTHER COMPARABLE WORLDCLASS INSPECTION ORGANISATION (THE INSPECTION COMPANY),
SHALL AT THE PORT OF LOADING, CONFIRM THAT THE PRODUCT
CONFORMS TO THE FOLLOWING:

PROCEDURES:

1. Buyer sends LOI WITH SOFT PROBE, OR BCL on my behalf
2. Seller issues FCO and then DRAFTS CONTRACT.
3. Buyer signs the DRAFT CONTRACT with Bank Capability Letter endorsed to SELLER, including full banking details.
4. Buyer and Seller sign the contract after making amendments if any.
5. Fax or courier exchanges hard copy of contract.
6. Buyer will issue to Seller the financial instrument.
7. Posts Proof of Product (POP) and Performance Bond (PB) for the value
of 2% to guarantee the delivery.
8. Shipment commence as per schedule mutually agreed.
9. The above Soft offer is only valid for a period of 48 hours.
